Vijayawada Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) empowered the Traders of Krishna District and Vijayawada, the Trade capital of Andhra Pradesh, to think globally, and act locally meeting challenges ahead of the competitive world.

With an active membership of 2600 Traders, Industrialist and 112 Affiliated Associations. VCCI speaks directly and indirectly with wide business units all over the country. The sincerity, efficiency and the initiatives of the VCCI attracted large, medium, small and tiny segments of Trade Wholesale, Retail, Manufacturing, Distributive Trade and Service.

VCCI was established in 1955 by veterans in the Trade and Industry to serve the interests of Trade and to fight out discriminatory Trade policies. with the commitment drive and mission, VCCI continues to extend its helping hand to the Trading Community and Industry with new agenda.

Located in heart of Vijayawada, the trade capital of Andhra Pradesh, in own building containing 3 halls, VCCI became a center of meeting place of business leaders.

The Executive Committee of VCCI consists of Representatives of various Traders and Industrialists.

VCCI is in the forefront offering services and monetary help in the times of clamities like earth quakes, floods, tsunami and fire accidents. VCCI is also co-operating with Government in beautification of Vijayawada city, In this process the wholesale traders of the city have shifted to their own premises constructed under the name and style of Mahatma Gandhi Wholesale Commercial complex at Gollapudi in the vicinity of Vijayawada city. VCCI sealed new heights in achieving its golas. A team of Lawyers, Auditors, and retired officials guide the Trade and Industry and advice suitably.

With its long- standing history of over six decades, Vijayawada Chamber of Commerce and Industry presently under the able leadership of Sri Konakalla Vidyadhara Rao, is contemplating to celebrate diamond jubilee shortly to record its achievements in the history of Trade Oragnisations on par with FAPCCI and FICCI.
